We’re known for one thing: freshness. Our seafood is delivered daily, just two to three days out of the water—with no preservatives, no GMOs, and never frozen. Most of our selection is wild-caught, with a limited offering of Sustainably raised, fish.
All of our fish is flown in fresh, and our seasonal selection ensures peak flavor and quality. Looking for something specific? If it’s not in our case, we can usually source it with one to two days’ notice.
